ANKASYS provided ASIC design & verification services to TÜBİTAK BİLGEM for the design of the RISC-V based microprocessor named ÇAKIL.
Our services targeting this microprocessor started with several trainings in ASIC Design, ASIC Verification and ASIC Physical Implementation domains in first half of 2019.
Following the trainings, engineering services covered complete know-how transfer of RTL2Netlist, and RTL2GDS Design flows and Verification. More specifically the services focused on ASIC Synthesis, DFT, Physical Implementation (including complete Signoff Flow, Power Analysis, IR Drop, DRC, LVS, logic equivalence and STA) and verification. The know how transfer went beyond ÇAKIL project and there are other projects we are involved in.
We are proud to be part of this and many other projects, and transfer our know-how to some of the brilliant engineers in Turkey at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM. Fingers crossed for the fully functional test chips.
